Brief introduction for QA/QC
On the basis of the spirit that Quality is Our life, we always consider quality assurance and control as our working-emphases,and satisfaction from our client as the final aim,to insure that our product quality reach client’s requirement. By way of strengthening staff training,upgrading integrated-diathesis,of the staff in our quality systems, improving inspecting technology,perfecting inspecting-items and enterprise standards of our product quality,which are goog for improving every tache in QA/QC,and advancing the quality of our products.
Chempep has attained ISO 9001:2000 international quality system certification in Mar.14.2006;and also received ISO14001：2004 international quality system certification in Jan.22.2007.
Measures for QA/QC
We have the following procedures in our quality systems to monitor the quality of products throughout the whole manufacturing process and even up to inventory.
During the process QA/QC,we just take some procedures as below:
1. Raw Material Quality Inspection (RMQ)
2. In-Process Quality Inspection (IPQ)
3. Final Product Quality Inspection (FPQ)
4. Inspection Certificate in Chinese and English for our every lot of products
5. Shelf-life analysis data

2. Chromatography coupled to MS (LC-MS/ESI)
3. Polarimetry
